Hello everyone! I decided to make a few changes to stretch goals, as well as add on a pledge tier for add-ons only for those who want to support the campaign but don’t necessarily want the star pins (or planets, if we reach those goals). Please note that you must pledge for at least $10 of items (same cost as lowest pledge tier) to qualify for freebies.
I also decided that I wanted to squeeze in several of the flags from the polls pre-launch as stars before the planets goals, rather than afterward, so that those options would be available for everyone interested.
Due to these changes, and it happening/being announced past the early bird deadline, I am allowing anyone who pledges until 7 PM EST (4 PM PST) to qualify for the early bird sticker. This is something I will need to manually enact on my end, so if it doesn’t show up, don’t panic - it will be added to your order by the time things ship!
So, a new stretch goal #2 is posted below, and goals #3 and now #4 will have slightly updated funding amounts! We are close to the second stretch goal being unlocked - just under $400 away. Once that goal is reached, the “oops, all planets!” pledge tier will become available.
For those who may have pledged to the all-in or oops, all stars tiers, you will be able to choose which specific colors you would like (since this adds 35 new colors to choose from!); there will also be an add-on item specific to those pledge tiers that adds all additional 35 colors of stars to your pledge at a discount. Once the additional colors of planets are available, that planets-only option will become available as well.
I also have a sticker design I put together below - this was originally going to be a pin design for stretch goals much later on if the project funded more than I had originally planned it to fund, but I am enjoying the design enough that as wanted to offer it to you all in this campaign anyway. Some minor changes may be made to the design as I adapted this sticker pretty quick this morning from the original pin design (details that can show up in & translate well to print often don’t in pins, so simplification is needed).
These planets will be 3” wide, and will be available in as many flag colors as I can manage!
When I do a part 2 to this theme, likely next year (either for the March pride project, or another in a June), these planets will definitely also be a part of the campaign - I wanted this one to be a bit smaller & simpler than previous projects to wrap up the year, and working with my manu on something with so many different colors to fill in would likely end up a nightmare, I’m sure 😅.
You will be able to request the specific flag or flags you’d like in the post-campaign survey & I will be working on art for a bunch of flags between now & when surveys go out so you have a visual of what flag you’re choosing will look like!
